Often training is carried out over a short period of time with the content intensified to pack as much in as possible. There is rarely thought about what will happen when everyone goes back to work.

Not only do we offer post-training support which helps you implement and maintain the new strategies and skills covered in the training workshop, there is also the option of spending an extra half day at Corporate Kingennie to consolidate what was covered and to develop a plan of action. After all “implementation is the key”. The development of this plan can be facilitated by one of our experienced trainers.
